-customer should provide the video and photo for the problem
product.
-Products returned within the warranty period must bear product
number&date code
-Products of unknown sources or without valid marking will not be

-Replacement items will be sent together with customer's next order

A4:We offer 3years warranty for most products, also have 5years
warranty on LED lights and Fire Rated lights,
we will replace the defective parts after our approval in the next
order normally
